The Manny Ingco team first meet with your to take a tour of your home and consult you in your goals for the selling of your property. Out team then establishes a custom marketing plan to attract the demographic that will pay the most for your home. We then executes the plan in order to recieve the most potential buyerspossible, establish word around the area with local brokers and businesses, and advirtise your property as we see fit.
While the property is on the market we reviev potential leads for feedback and relay potential problems that may cause your home not to sell.
Once a potential buyer is found we screen the buyer and review thier offer to see if our goals are met. After negotations, we have an executed contract with we then follow up to make sure everything is met in the contract as the days go by. making the home accesable to inspectors, appraisers, surveyors, and other vendors is crucial to the home selling process. While delays can occur we do what it takes to meet the goals of our clients and to get the deal done. Deals can sometimes be saved with the correct professional knowledge an expieranced Realtor can bring.
Once closing time comes we review the closing costs and hud statement for the seller in order. We close on thr property with you and make sure all parties are properly satisfied.
